Materials Needed: small amount of worsted weight green yarn, H hook, pin backing Directions: Leaves: ch 4, join with a sl st to form a ring *ch 8, *insert hook into 2nd ch from hook, yo, and pull through chain, leave loop on hook* repeat from *to * in next 6 chs (you will have 8 loops on hook) yo and pull through 4 loops on your hook, yo and pu through the last 5 loops on your hook, sl st into the ring* repeat form *to* 3 times Stem: ch 7, sl st in 2nd ch form hook and in the next 5 chs, sl st into ring and fasten off.

Materials: Worsted weight 4 ply yarn (Green and black) Size G hook Finished Size: 4 3/4" W x 5 1/4" T Gauge: Not important to over all size Coaster: Rnd 1) Ch 4; 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (first 3 chs skipped count as first dc; join with a sl st to first dc: 12 dc. Rnd 2) Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in joining; * (2 dc) in next dc; rep from * around; join with a sl st to first dc: 24 dc. Rnd 1) Ch 1, sc in joining; * sk next dc, (3 dc) in next dc, sc in next dc, sk next dc, (3 dc) in next dc, sc in next 2 dc; rep from * twice, sl st in next 2 dc; join with a sl st to first sc: 3 petals. Rnd 2) Ch 1, sc in joining; * [sk next dc, (7 dc) in next dc, sk next dc, sc in next st] twice, sc in next st; rep from * twice: 3 petals. Do not end off. Tail: Row 1) Sl st in next st; ch 8, dc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in next ch, (2 sc) in next ch, sc in next 3 ch; join with a sl st in next st, sl st in first sc: 8 sts. Fasten off; secure ends.
