Sinai Purim Basket Silent Auction!

Rules and Guidelines 1. All items have bid sheets attached or nearby. Bidders should PRINT their name and bid (legibly) on the proper sheet and proper line. Bidders may call the office at 414-352-2970 and verbally give a bid or come into Congregation Sinai during business hours any time in the course of the week. 2. Each bid sheet has a minimum bid identified and the amount by which each successive bid must increase. Items will go to the final highest, correct incremental bidder. 3. The silent auction will close at 11:30 am on Sunday, March 11, 2012. Winners will be announced at the Purim Carnival. You do not need to be present to win. 4. Check-out will take place at 12:00 pm in the Congregation Sinai Foyer. All winners must pay for items with cash or check payable to Congregation Sinai. All receipts will be marked paid and merchandise must then be claimed. 5. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. The buyer of an auctioned service must contact the donor and arrange all services. Congregation Sinai is not responsible for the quality or value of the auctioned items. These are sold in "as is" condition. 6. The value of each item is listed on its bid sheet. Under current federal law, the amount of the contribution that is deductible (i.e., the portion that is a donation) is limited to the excess of the amount contributed over the stated value of the item purchased.
