INTRODUCTION Online Recruitment system is to replacem a n u a l o p e r a t i o n s o f r e c r u i t m e n t o f a n I T company. As recruitment is a round the year activityinvolving thousands of candidates a need has been feltt o a u t o m a t e t h e e n t i r e operations. Applications arec o l l e c t e d i n a prescribed format and checked foreligibility. All the eligible candidates are sent a n automated message (just like Admit Card) for t h e selection test.The test is in three areas:1.Aptitude Test2.Verbal Ability3.Technical TestT h e r e s u l t s a r e c o m p i l e d a n d p r e s e n t e d t o management to decide on cut-offs for interview.
