The aims of cooperative learning is the student can compehend the influenceof cross cultural learning well. By cross cultural learning which is gotten by thestudent and the candidate of the employee entering tourism industry is hoped canincrease the quality of service given to the tourist. From the discussion conducted itis found a tight relationship / connection between cross cultural learning towards thequality of service in tourism industry.From this uniting, it is hoped that this uniting can give suggestion for institution in or den to emphasize how important the things which are connected /associate with tourism such as habit, culture, social and the attitude from the touristthemselves. So the graduation of the candidates of employee are more ready and well prepared in in facing the jobs opportunity in this case the tourism itself.
