Word of mouth has the fastest growing influence on business in the past three years (60%). And,while more than one-half of CEOs believe word of mouth, trade media and blogs have increasedtheir influence on a company's business, fewer than one-half believe that traditional media outletshave increased their influence. Only a small proportion of CEOs –just one in six -expressed that.
