Job Responsibilities: I was in pesticide division and responsible for handling the production of Pendimethaline A herbicide. First six months I simultaneously handled errection procedure of Pendimethaline plant and production of Hexaconazole Fungicide. After the commissioning of the pendimethaline plant in February 2001, I was fully involved in its production and optimizing the process. The process involves various unit processes and unit operations such as Hydrogenation, Nitration, Simple and vaccum distillation and vaccum drying.

Along with maintaining and optimizing the plant, my general tasks involves: Making Indent And Requisition of store and purchase. Assistance in ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001 And SA-8000 Audit . Assisting Normal Tasks Registers of the plant. Identifying Standard Requirements and Implementing best Safety Practices in plant.
