Thanks Richard, I agree with you entirely about Viktor not having any assets inside the US or registered in the US (besides the one Gulfstream, currently sitting in Ras al Khaimah, right?), but the sanctions surely affected his ability to conduct business abroad, dont you think? Id be interested to hear your thoughts. And when do you anticipate being back in Moscow to possibly look for the magazine citing Air Cess achievement? Thanks again! Best, Nicholas

Good day: Thank you for your message. Well, I wonder how would the government could possibly explain puting any kind of strain on Victor? He never had any business in or with the US, nor he ever had any assets in the or its positions or allies. Vitor is the only person who was never hurt by sanctions, and that is a fact you can bank on, period. As to me, the sanction had destroyed my family, life work, and my business and that is because I was a believer in the constitution, in justice, and in the operations of the law - I never thought that what goes in the corrupt countries can possibly take place in the United States. Well, I was wrong. As to elaborate on some of the effortless methods that can be used circumvent sanction, that would be illegal - wouldn't it? It is just like taxes, there are ten million ways to evade taxes but talking about them is a crime. Best regards Richards 27.01.2012, 19:14, "Nicholas Schmidle" <nickschmidle@gmail.com>: Thanks Richard, That would be great if you had a copy of the magazine! Also, regarding the sanctions and their uselessness. As you know, the US government feels confident that they have put enormous strain on you and, before his arrest, Viktor. You mentioned earlier that evading sanctions is easier than buying a hamburger at McDonalds. What are some ways to sidestep them? Thanks again. Looking forward to seeing the magazine when you have a chance. Safe travels Nicholas

Good day Nicholas: Sorry that my first message did not include the answer to your first question, so here we go again: On part one, it is true that aircess was the second volume operator in Sharjah as stated by Victor and I think that I may have a copy of Sharjah Airport Magazine in which that evaluation was published. What I need is few days until I get back to Moscow from my current tour; I hope we have few days on this.
