Byrnes HHG4M1 November 21, 2011 To Whom it may concern, The following survey is being conducted in order to find any connection between race and intelligence. This survey was created by a high school student named Steven Tseng, as his choice of research for his Issues in Human Growth class.These surveys will be distributed to students of various ethnic backgrounds who have all been born in 1994, are taking grade 12 high school courses, and that they have spent their whole lives learning within the Toronto District School Board system. The sample population will be kept completely anonymous and that the results will be used as raw data.
