Socio Cultural Adjustment: Several research studies have revealed the fact that expatriates suffer from changes

such as food, housing, cost of living, socializing, health care, working environment, language and manners to deal with people and things in host country (Lueke and Svyantek, 2000). The requirement for expatriates in the field of management levels to live and work in host country has tremendously grown in an international business. As a result, preparing expatriates to overcome the hindrances that may face in host countries becomes a critical issue. The main reason causing expatriate failure is lack of adjustment to local culture and health care facilities. In accordance with Lueke and Svyantek (2000), the unsuccessful expatriates tend to hesitate to socialize with host nationals and take part in social life which cut down their commitments to host country culture. Organizational Commitment: According to Steers (1977), Organisational Commitment may be defined as the relative strength of an individuals identification with the involvement in particular organization. However, this can be categorized by at least three factors: A strong belief in and acceptance of the organisations goals and values; A willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of the organization; and A definite desire to maintain membership in the organization (Porter et al., 1974).
