The Freedom of Information Act
We have dealt with your request in accordance with the Freedom of Information(FOI) Act 2000.The first requirement of the Act is that we should confirm whether or not we holdinformation of the description set out in your request. I can confirm that we do nothold the evidence from the inspections of Burwood School in either 2011 or 2009.Neither do we hold any information about the injuries sustained by a member of staff at the school.Ofsted has a policy whereby it retains the evidence base from inspections for sixmonths following the date of an inspection taking place. In this case, I regret thatthe evidence bases for both inspections have been destroyed in line with ourretention policy and are therefore no longer available for us to examine.
