Java EE Applications: using Oracle ADF

Java EE is a standard, robust, scalable, and secure platform that forms the basis for many of todays enterprise applications. Oracle Application Development Framework (Oracle ADF) is an innovative, yet mature Java EE development framework that is directly supported and enabled by Oracle JDeveloper 11g. Oracle ADF simplifies Java EE development by minimizing the need to write code that implements the applications infrastructure allowing developers to focus on the features of the actual application.

Course Contents:
This course is aimed at developers who want to build Java EE applications using Oracle ADF Participants use Oracle JDeveloper 11g to build, test and deploy an end-to-end web application. The data model is built with ADF Business Components and the user interface with ADF Faces. Introduction to Fusion, ADF, and JDeveloper. Building a Data Model with ADF Business Components. Querying and Persisting Data. Understanding UI Technologies. Planning the User Interface. Implementing Navigation on Pages. Responding to Application Events. Implementing Transactional Capabilities. Implementing Security in ADF BC Applications. Oracle WebLogic 11g Administration, etc.

Course Duration:
Three Months.

NetBeans 7.1 and JDeveloper 11g Glassfish Application Server 3.1 and WebLogic Application Server 11g Oracle Database 11g Oracle JDeveloper and ADF

Course Timing:
Thursday and Friday, 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm
