Tubbs and Moss (1994) define communication as the "process of creating a meaning between two or more people.

Communication is the means by which people share words, ideas and feelings.

An international language used globally. Reading materials in certain areas of studies are available only in English. Facilitate communication and information among foreign workers.

Both a speaker and a listener, can be simultaneously sending and receiving messages. However, in certain situations an equality between communicators often doesn't exist. For example: the boss has considerably more freedom and power to allocate message bandwidth as opposed to the employee.
