One Back / Gun Offense

FOUR RECEIVER SET / TWO BACKS

Advantages of a four receiver set, with the benefits of a two back offense. Run game is from the Wing Tee, Dive Option & Pistol .

Passing game is from the Run & Shoot.

Base Offense
Run 3 Plays Combo Head Up to Gap Give or Keep Drop Back Pass 3 plays 60 (Six Man) Protection Color Run or Pass Roll Blocking State is a Run / City is a Pass Quick Game 2 plays Attack Outside (Quick & Bubble) Race Blocking

Alignment Notes
Offensive Line is in a two point Stance, Toes on the heels of the Offensive Center, one foot splits.

Quarterback is at three yards.

Running Backs depth depends on his speed, four yards in a good starting point. Wing Backs on a Tight alignment are one by one, on a Spread alignment, split the difference between the Offensive Tackle & Wide Receiver. Inside foot is up and in the backfield. Wide Receiver inside football is up and on the football. Width depends on arm strength of Quarterback.

What is the Box?

From C Gap to C Gap. To the deepest defender who can a play run.
