They dont have dedicated safety officer Gas storage area is not at all managed. Fire extinguishers are not placed properly at all places Fire extinguishers are not labeled properly with expiry date Employees are not trained with use of fire extinguishers No exit plan displayed in utility areas No proper signage are available in resort corridor

THREATS PERCEIVED
The resort is not safe from fire incidents. There is no proper evacuation plan There is no Preventive maintenance plan and hence equipment may breakdown, result to discontinuity of business. No hygiene is maintained in food preparation area and hence there is a chance of food poisoning.

BCP PLAN
1. Hotel must recruit one Safety Officer 2. Emergency response team must be formed within hotel staff and Contact no of ERT members to be displayed at all critical areas. 3. Fire Drill and Emergency evacuation drill must be conducted in half yearly basis. 4. SOP for handling equipment must be displayed near to critical equipment. 5. Details of equipment AMC vendor and escalation matrix must be displayed near to equipments.

1. Hotel must design and display 52 week preventive maintenance calendar 2. Employees must be trained in handling equipment to avoid any breakdown. 3. 5S concept must be implemented to ensure there shall be no accidents. 4. Proper signage must be display to direct personnel to reach to fire equipment easily.

1. Proper inventory system should be introduced with proper stacking of materials using BIN card, to ensure FIFO process for movement of RAW Materials. 2. Proper Training Plan must be designed and developed for employees and employees must be trained. 3. ERT kit must be available and displayed at all departments and critical area inside the resort. 4. History card to be introduced to all equipments
