Read and understand this manual andall labels on the Vac before operating.Use only as described in this manual.Do not leave Vac running whileunattended - you may fail to noticeimportant signs indicating abnormaloperation such as loss of suction,debris/liquid exiting exhaust, orabnormal motor noises. Immediatelystop using Vac if you notice these signs.Do not leave Vac when plugged in.Unplug from outlet when not in use andbefore servicing.

Sparks inside the motor can igniteflammable vapors or dust. To reduce therisk of fire or explosion, do notvacuum or use near flammable orcombustible liquids, gases, ordusts, such as gasoline or other fuels,lighter fluid, cleaners, oil-based paints,natural gas, coal dust, magnesium dust,grain dust, aluminum dust, or gunpowder.Do not vacuum anything that is burningor smoking, such as cigarettes,matches, or hot ashes.Do not vacuum drywall dust, coldfireplace ash, or other fine dusts, whichmay pass through the filter bag and beexhausted back into the air.To reduce the risk of inhaling toxicvapors, do not vacuum or use near toxicor hazardous materials.To reduce the risk of electric shock,do not expose to rain or allow liquidto enter motor compartment. Storeindoors.Do not allow to be used as a toy. Closeattention is necessary when used by ornear children.Do not use with a torn filter or withoutthe filter installed except whenvacuuming liquids as described in thismanual. Dry debris ingested by theimpeller may damage the motor or beexhausted back into the air.

Turn off Vac before unplugging.To reduce the risk of injury fromaccidental starting, unplug power cordbefore changing or cleaning filter.Do not unplug by pulling on cord.To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.Do not use with damaged cord, plug orother parts. If your Vac is not working asit should, has missing parts, has beendropped, damaged, left outdoors, ordropped into water, call customerservice.Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord ashandle, close a door on cord, or pullcord around sharp edges or corners. Donot run Vac over cord. Keep cord awayfrom heated surfaces.Do not handle plug, switch, or the Vacwith wet hands.Use only extension cords that are ratedfor outdoor use and have a groundingconductor. Extension cords in poorcondition or too small in wire size canpose fire and shock hazards.To reduce the risk of these hazards,be sure the cord is in good conditionand that the liquid does not contact theconnection. Do not use an extensioncord with conductors smaller than 16gauge (AWG) in size. To reduce powerloss, use a 14 gauge extension cord if25 to 50 ft. long and 12 gauge for 50 ft.or longer.Connect only to a properly-groundedoutlet. See grounding instructions.Do not put any object into ventilationopenings. Do not vacuum with anyventilation openings blocked; keep freeof dust, lint, hair or anything that mayreduce air flow.Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and allparts of body away from openings andmoving parts.To reduce the risk of falls, use extra carewhen cleaning on stairs.To reduce the risk of personal injury ordamage to Vac, use only Stingerrecommended accessories.When using as a blower:-Direct air discharge only at workarea.-Do not direct air at bystanders.-Keep children away when blowing.-Do not use blower for any job exceptblowing dirt and debris.-Do not use as a sprayer.-Wear safety eyewear.To reduce the risk of eye injury, wearsafety eyewear. The operation of anyutility Vac or blower can result inforeign objects being blown into theeyes, which can result in severe eyedamage.
CAUTION:
To reduce the risk of hearing damage,wear ear protectors when using forextended time or in a noisy area.For dusty operations, wear dust mask.Static shocks are common when therelative humidity of the air is low.Vacuuming fine debris with your Vac candeposit static charge on the hose orVac. To reduce the frequency of staticshocks in your home or when using thisVac, add moisture to the air with ahumidifier.Observe the following warning thatappears on the motor housing of your Vac:
