Vetting a US Representative candidate.

1. According to Article I, Section 2, Clause 2, of the US Constitution:

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
Vetting a US Representative candidate first requires finding s/he is a citizen of the United States (US Citizen) either naturalized or native born; and that s/he will be 25 years old on taking the Representative oath; and that s/he has been 7 continuous years a resident of the United State for which running, prior to taking the oath of the US Representative.
