Skid Row, Downtown Los Angeles

By General Jeff Founder, ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
issuesandsolutions@yahoo.com

President Obama
Washington, DC

Since we started in September of 2007, we take pride in our collective effort to not only bring awareness to various issues in Skid Row, but also create viable solutions that continue to help the community to this day. Even with the presence of an ever-changing, global financial climate, Skid Row has always been underserved. Now more than ever, each and every dollar has a greater weight of responsibility attached to it. We at ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS recognize that importance and will continue to provide solutions that will help to better address the issues of our community with the intention of making each and every single dollar count, because each and every single person is valuable, and at the same time worthy of living a quality life. Additionally, we are a volunteer group in totality. We do not solicit funding in any way (grants), nor are we affiliated with any special interests groups, politically-motivated groups and/or any other type of individual or organization that may appear to have a hidden agenda. The names of the individuals and organizations mentioned in this document have no influence on or political attachment whatsoever to our actions and are merely used to give a detailed and accurate description of that particular event. Lastly, please be reminded that we operate with ZERO funding, and all of our efforts to this point have been done with ZERO funding for our entire existence in Skid Row, while still remaining extremely understaffed.
