The Spanish omelette is popular in Spain and it is usually eaten in bars as a tapa.
-4 potatoes
-6 eggs
-An onion
-A green pepper
-salt
Recipe
1. Start washing and peeling the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
2. Place them in a large bowl.
3. Slice the onion.
4. Add some salt.
5. Fry the potatoes and the
onion together until the
potatoes are soft.
6. Remove it.
7. Set it aside.
8. Put the eggs in another
bowl and add the potato
mixture
9. At a not very high
temperature, in a non-stick
pan, add the mixture. You
shouldn’t put much oil.
10. Cook the mixture until egg
looks cooked on bottom.
11. And finally serve it hot!
