Butterscotch Haystacks: Ingredients: 2 11 oz bags butterscotch morsels 6 oz shoestring potato sticks 1 16 oz jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts Need

a double boiler (use pot and metal bowl in a pinch) Melt butterscotch morsels completely in double boiler. Stir in peanuts and potato sticks. Mix thoroughly using a sturdy spoon. Spoon drops of mixture onto wax paper (on a tray). Chill in freezer for 15 mins. (Hardens faster this way) Makes about 50 pieces.
