These Kanji Concentration Games are ideal for beginners to become acquainted with the look, reading & meaning of the used Chinese characters (Kanji) and improve their memory.

Each Kanji Match Game is a set of 18 / 32 Kanji (= 36 / 64 cards) and introduces Kanji of different topics (usually only Jôyô Kanji 常用漢字):

Animals • Body • Clothes • Colors • Family • Food • Money • Mountains • Music • Nature • Navigation • Numbers • Religion • Water

It is extremely interesting to check the meanings of the Jôyô Kanji to get a deeper understanding of the Japanese cultural background: So many Kanji about the nature (e.g. 'water' or 'mountains'), money, war or politics, culture or food.
