Our second edition o the American Security Quarterly contains a plethora o original work by our boardmembers, sta, and adjunct ellows. ASP is staying abreast o the issues and is now being routinely quoted inall media orms. What ollows is a compilation o our written eorts over the last quarter. Although this issue appears voluminous, I encourage you to scan the index to get a good eel or what we cover. We are thrilled to have Senator Gary Hart address our country’s relationship with Russia – as he states, “
