Here's the ethics complaint filed in early December by Houston lawyer John Cobarruvias against state House Speaker Tom Craddick, alleging that Craddick broke state law by paying his grown daughter more than $600,000 over six years from Craddick's campaign account and having her be covered by the speaker's state health insurance.
