So Christmas iscoming around thecorner. How do you feelabout that?
Sharron:
I loveChristmas. I love the timewith the family, the timeoff work to relax andenjoy each other'scompany and just time athome with everyone.
Dai:
So, what do you ....what's like a traditionalChristmas for you then?
Sharron:
Well, the buildup is a bit of a nuisancereally. It's a lot of money,but it's good fun and it'sgreat. The end result,Christmas morning,watching everybodyopening the presents thatI've bought and things,but, yeah, a traditionalChristmas would berushing around ChristmasEve getting all the lastminute things. Probablyup till very late, wrappingpresents, and then upearly Christmas morning,opening presents, afamily visit to see our daughter opening her presents as well, andthen it's normally sharedaround some of thefamily. We do a differentChristmas dinner everyyear. Either we ...

Christmas dinner?What kind of ... ?
Sharron:
Right!Christmas dinner backhome is a big roast turkeyand all the trimmings:stuffing, vegetables ...
Dai:
Stuffing?
Sharron:
Stuffing. It's likeherbs and breadcrumbsand onions and things. Allmade up and you stuff itunder the skin of theturkey and when theturkey roasts it cooks inthere as well. It's really,really tasty. So we havesort of a family meal andone year we'll go to oneof the parent's houses or they'll come to us. We justchange it round everyyear. And then normally,it's sort of a lazyafternoon after we'veeaten far too much, andwatching some of thetraditional Britishtelevision: The Queen'sspeech at 3 o'clock everyChristmas Day.
Dai:
So the Queen givesa speech?
Sharron:
Yeah. Tellseverybody how her year has been and what shethinks Britain hasachieved in the lasttwelve months and howshe thinks things aregoing to go for the nexttwelve months and it's onfor about twenty minutes Isuppose. Not everybodywatches it. Sometimespeople, after their largelunch, have fallen asleepin the chair by the time it'son the TV, so ...

Right.
Sharron:
But Christmasnight then, it's normallycold turkey sandwiches,pickled onions, crisps.
Dai:
Crisps? Like ...
