Smoking is bad for you and I think that everyone knows this. It isalso no secret that smoking is a hard addiction to break. I have seenstatistics that claimed that in any given year almost halve of thesmokers in the United States try to quit. Obviously this shows thatmany people try every year or two to quit (or else in two yearseveryone would have already attempted to quit). I can believe this because I know and work with many smokers and also have a lot of family members that smoke. I think that they have pretty much allattempted to quit smoking at least once. I only actual know one person who has successfully quit.Clearly trying to quit smoking is a valid New Year’s resolution andmany people have attempted it. Exercise relieves stress and helps your bodyrecover from years of damage from cigarettes.6.Do some deep breathing each day for 3 to 5 minutes. Breathein through your nose very slowly, hold the breath for a fewseconds, and exhale very slowly through your mouth.
