This act enacts into law major components of legislationwhich are necessary to implement the state fiscal plan for the 2012-2013state fiscal year. Each component is wholly contained within a Partidentified as Parts A through II. The effective date for each particularprovision contained within such Part is set forth in the last section ofsuch Part. Any provision in any section contained within a Part, including the effective date of the Part, which makes a reference to a section"of this act", when used in connection with that particular component,shall be deemed to mean and refer to the corresponding section of thePart in which it is found.Section three of this act sets forth thegeneral effective date of this act.PART ASection 1. The sum of four hundred two million seven hundred ninetyseven thousand dollars ($402,797,000), or so much thereof as shall benecessary, and in addition to amounts previously appropriated by law, ishereby made available, in accordance with subdivision 1 of section 380of the public authorities law as amended, according to the followingschedule. Payments pursuant to subdivision (a) of this section shall bemade available as moneys become available for such payments. Paymentspursuant to subdivisions (b) and (c) of this section shall be madeavailable on the fifteenth day of June, September, December and March oras soon thereafter as moneys become available for such payments. Nomoneys of the state in the state treasury or any of its funds shall beavailable for payments pursuant to this section:SCHEDULE(a) Thirty-nine million seven hundred thousand dollars ($39,700,000)to municipalities for repayment of eligible costs of federal aid municipal street and highway projects pursuant to section 15 of chapter 329 ofthe laws of 1991, as added by section 9 of chapter 330 of the laws of1991, as amended. The department of transportation shall provide suchinformation to the municipalities as may be necessary to maintain thefederal tax exempt status of any bonds, notes, or other obligationsissued by such municipalities to provide for the non-federal share ofthe cost of projects pursuant to chapter 330 of the laws of 1991 orsection 80-b of the highway law.S. 6258--D 4 A. 9058--D
