Darrell Issa 2347 Rayburn HOB Washington, DC 20515 Dear Chairman Issa; Sheriff Arpaio, of Maricopa County Arizona, held an important press conference on March 1, 2012 and released some earth shattering preliminary findings of his 6 months long forensic analyses of our presidents birth certificate posted on the Whitehouse web site on 4/27/11, and concluded there is probable cause to believe our Presidents Birth Certificate, as well as his Selective Service registration form are both forgeries. Sheriff Arpaio, as the first and only law enforcement officer, member of congress or Department of Justice in this entire nation to have forensically examined these documents, has released some of the forensic analysis confirming probable cause exists that a crime has been committed by the forging of these instruments. The time has now come for the US House of Representatives to carry out its Constitutional Duty to hold hearings on this critical national security issue. It is mandatory this be done because the US House is the sole entity with national subpoena power sufficient to open up the Hawaiian Health Department files and obtain access to whatever exists therein concerning our presidents factual birth, including the complete roll of microfilm wherein our presidents original birth certificate should reside, if there truly is one. Likewise, there is the possibility that since our president requested two certified copies of his original birth certificate not forgeries as placed on the Internet, either of these copies could have been modified anywhere between the presidents lawyer who is said to have picked up the two certified copies in Hawaii and the Whitehouse itself. uncover the truth about the Fast and Furious Justice Department scandal, that any investigation undertaken by the Obama administration, including the appointment of a special prosecutor, would become nothing but just another extended cover up. Sheriff Arpaio has done an excellent job working with the available forged image of the birth certificate but his investigative power falls far short to gather the balance of the information and documentation necessary to properly identify the criminals involved in the commission of this crime. This scandal is potentially the largest criminal scam to have ever been successfully pulled off against the USA and at the very highest levels of government, particularly our Department of Justice, because this leaves a president sitting as Commander in Chief of our military forces without one single authentic piece of historical documentation that proves he is even a citizen of this country and in total control of our Justice Department to protect himself and all of his records. The forensic analysis Sheriff Arpaio has provided us at the links above, without costing the US tax payers one single dime, is impossible to be disproved. Having been presented with this evidence of probable cause that our presidents qualifying credentials are forgeries and all others are sealed by his order, will the members of congress who refuse to investigate this matter not be committing a misprision of felony? Please, do not join with those in congress who would like to pretend they are just ignorant of this evidence and leave we citizens at the mercy of these criminal forgers and a corrupt Justice Department, instead of our US Constitution and our historical rule of law.
