Agreement(the"Agreement")enteredintoonJuly25,2011,fortheuseofPlaintiff'snameandlikenessinassociationwitharestaurantownedandoperatedbyDefendants,locatedat381AvenueLaurier(the"Restaurant").TheRestaurantformerlyknownastheLaurierGordonRamsayopenedonAugust9,2011;2.Inaddition,PlaintiffalsoseeksmoralandpunitivedamagesfromDefendantswithrespecttothefalseanddefamatorycommentsmadebyLavy,bothpersonallyandonbehalfof9226,regardingPlaintiffandhisroleintheRestaurant;3.Throughouttheparties'businessrelationship,Plaintiffperformedallofhisobligations.Furthermore,PlaintiffandhisteamprovidedadviceandassistanceaboveandbeyondthescopeoftheAgreement,onavoluntarybasis;4.OnoraboutFebruary15,2012,DefendantspubliclyannouncedthattheywereseveringtheirassociationwithPlaintiff.TheAgreementitself,however,hadbeenterminatedonFebruary11,2012asaresultofDefendants'repudiatorybreachofcontract;5.OnandaroundFebruary15,2012,DefendantsmadeunfoundedanduntruepubliccommentsaboutPlaintiffandhisroleinrunningtheRestaurant,andfurtherbreachedtheAgreementbyannouncingtheirallegedterminationoftheAgreementtothemedia;6.Defendant9226hasalsofailedtopayallfeesdueandowingtoPlaintiff;7.Further,Plaintiffisentitledtodamagesfortheunrealized
"LicenceFees"
(asthistermisdefinedintheAgreement)thatwouldhavebeenearnedatleastuntilAugust9,2016,butforDefendants'repudiatorybreachoftheAgreement;8.Asaresult,Defendants,
insolidium,
areboundtopaytoPlaintiffthefollowing:i.TheLicenceFeesdueandowingforthefourthcalendarquarterof2011,intheamountof$109,120.25,plusinterestthereonatarateof8percentperannumcalculatedfromJanuary30,2012;ii.TheLicenceFeesdueandowing,intheamountof$51,780.96,fortheperiodfromJanuary1,2012toFebruary11,2012,beingthedateonwhichtheAgreementwasterminated,followingitsrepudiatorybreachbyDefendants,plusinterestthereonatarateof8percentperannumcalculatedfromFebruary18,2012;iii.ThefutureLicenceFeeswhichwouldhavebeenpayablebutforDefendants'repudiatorybreachresultinginterminationofthe
