The report provides results of the subject audit announced in reference (a).Section A of this report provides our findings and recommendations, summarizedmanagement responses, and our comments on the responses. Section B provides thestatus of the recommendations. The full text of the management responses are in theappendix.
The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Total Force) concurred withRecommendations 1-6, and planned actions meet the intent of the recommendations.The recommendations are considered open pending completion of agreed-to actions.
Management should provide a written status report on the recommendations within 30days after target completion dates.
