CU
MSAD).
The
proposed
ConditionalUse
Master
Plan
identifiesimprovements
that
PPMC
anticipates
as
likelyto
occur
over
the
courseof
the
nextten
years.The
MasterPlan
identifiesspecificlocations
where
these
improvements
will
occurbothon
the
Main
Campus
and
the
West
Campus
(west
of
NE
47
th
Avenue),includingapproximatebuildingfootprints
and
corresponding
uses
for
each
specificimprovement.Theproposeddevelopmentwill
resultin
a
net
increase
of256,000
square
feet
of
floor
area
beyond
that
approved
under
the
2003
Master
Plan(and
under
subsequent
ConditionalUseapprovals).
No
expansions
or
modificationsto
the
existingGrowth
Boundary
are
proposed,
and
no
increase
in
thenumber
of
hospital
beds
is
proposed.Newbuildings
and
expansions
not
~ r o v e d
under
the
2003
MasterPlaninclude:MainHospitalBuildingReplacement;
East
Inpatient
Building(expansion
of
the
Annex
and
ProvidenceHall);
and
WestMedicalOfficeBuilding
and
Parking.Newbuildings
and
expansions
approved
aspart
of
the
2003
Master
Plan
that
arenot
yetbuilt
and
which
will
carry
overto
the
new
MasterPlan
