    There is a network outage in t he western region this morning as a result of a fire in Bharti s central POP (poin t of presence) location in Malad, Mumbai. Our teams have been working since morn ing in coordination with Bharti to normalize all affected services. Current status is that access line is still down due to ongoing issue of fire in cident. PoP assessment is currently going on and RAW power has been restored, ho wever, power to devices and equipments is still offline to make sure that equipm ent is not damaged or wet prior to power ON. No ETR as of now. More updates to follow-up as they become available to us. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to this.
