development and career-related decisions made so far. You are also expected to project the possible paths of vocational choices that fall in line with the insight gained about yourself in light of the theories. Use of specific examples, especially those associated with career-related milestones and occurrences (choice of a course, decision to specialize in a specific subject, any kind of work experience, co-curricular activities, special training, awards won etc.) will not only make the assignment more vivid but is also necessary. Please feel free to use the first person pronoun (I), in this assignment. The writing must draw from both personal experience and the theories ensuring that a healthy balance is maintained.
