The fee includes all costs for Account setup, Administration costs, and the cost of aForensic Mortgage Loan Investigation into your case and
is non-refundable, EXCEPT inthe event that no claim is found for the client against “the bank”,
where
MLDA agreesto
100% refund
in this event. Client agrees to this fee regardless of the outcome of thecase.
Costs:
Client agrees to pay any court filing fees and retainers payable directly to your attorney and acknowledges the same WILL be held in a trust account, and will be usedto pay costs and expenses incurred by counsel. All unused funds will be refunded atthe conclusion of your case. Client agrees that a separate retainer agreement must besigned with the Attorney, prior to any actions beyond the FREE initial consultation.
Termination
The parties agree they may terminate this relationship at any time. In suchan event, you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of the fee if the above servicesare not provided in full. MLDA reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you fail tocooperate with us, make any false or misleading statements, or by failing to respond tocommunications, failing to be truthful with us, or for other good cause.
Disputes:
Client agrees to mediation for all disputes, and agrees to pay total costs ofmediation.
MLDA
agrees to refund costs of mediation to client if MLDA is found to be inerror.
Notices
Client agrees to update contact information whenever it changes untilcompletion of your matter. Client also agrees to inform MLDA if the subject propertybecomes vacant. Client agrees to provide only copies of original documents. We willnot maintain a paper copy of most documents related to your matter. Copies of alldocuments will be provided via e-mail or on CD or DVD unless yourequest paper printed copies for an additional fee.By Signing Below, Client agrees they have read and agrees to the terms and conditionsof this agreement, as a final expression in a record.Dated:___________________________________  __________________________________________ CLIENT SIGNATUREAccepted by: _______________________________________ Authorized Representative, MLDA
