Hard (technical) skills vs Soft skills
one set of skills used to perform basic duties atwork, the other is a set used to approach work.
soft skills, these are the ones that define one'sapproach towards work, life, problems, etc. Softskills are people skills
Hard skills may teach one how to meet theexpectations of the job, but soft skills teach one tosucceed, and to exceed expectations.
