We are social human. Because of that reason, we, as the people, like to interact with somebody or the others. We cant live alone so that we need other peoples help. W e are human who always live in groups. We have to realize that actually there is nobody who can live alone in this world without the others, even though they are the leader or the president. The president can not be the leader if there is nobody who will be lead by and support him or her. In this lesson, we will learn more about how to interact with someone. The first is about how to interact with somebody, especially in offering something. We have already known that the human will always need the help from the other people. When we need the help from other people, we will ask somebody to help us. But when the others need our help, we also have to try to help them. Even though they do not ask to us to help them, but when we see that they look like confuse and need us, we have to ask them whether they need our help or not. It is called as offering someone. In offering something, we have to know what is the suitable behavior or manner for the people. These are the examples in offering help to the others who need it. Offering Help to Older People Hana : Good morning, sir. Welcome to our bookstore. Is there anything I can help? Mr. R : Yes, please. I need a book which can make me understand more about management. Is there any book which is talk about that? Im so interested in managing something. Hana : Oh, yes, there are so many books here which explain more about management. I will show you some of them. Here you are. Mr. R : All of these management books look good. But which is the best one? Hana : All of these books are definitely good, but I think the best one is The 7 Habits of Highly Effective. It made by a famous author, Stephen R. Covey. It also became the best seller. It is use communicative language so that the reader, especially like you sir, who want to understand more about management, can learn about how to be a good manager and how to increase the effectiveness in managing easily. It also has structural point. It means that the points here are explain systematically. Mr. R : Ok, Ill buy this book. It seems good for me as the first step in learning management. Hana : Youre right, sir. Is there anything else? Mr. R : No, thank you. I just look for the management book. How much is this book? Hana : That is Rp 75.000,00, sir. Mr. R : Oh, here you are.

Hana : Well, thank you, sir. You can come here again if you need some books. Our bookstore will help you to find the book which is appropriate for you. Mr. R : Ok. Youre welcome .

Offering Help For Friends Intan : Hi, Siwi. You look so confused. Whats wrong? Siwi : No, problem. Intan : Dont talk a lie. Please, tell me about your problem. As your friend, I do not want to see my friend confused alone. Whats the matter? May be I can help you in solving your problem. Siwi : Hmmm. Ok, Ill tell you the problem. I still confused what I have to do. On this morning, I got angry with my older sister, and so did she. We were like a cat and a dog which lived in one home. Because of us, our father was angry too. I though that he was very disappointed because I and my sister couldnt be a good family. He didnt want to speak with us, even only one word. My mother said to me that I have to say sorry after school today to my older sister and also my father. But, actually I still angry with my sister! I dont want to say sorry to her, I just want to say sorry to my father. Intan : If I be you, I will say sorry not only to my father but also to my older sister. Because if you say sorry to your father, it means that you will not do the wrong thing that he do not like. You do not want to make your father feel disappointed over and over, do you? Siwi : Yes, youre right. But . Intan : It may sound hard. I know its difficult for you to say sorry. But, you have to try that. If you are the first one who say sorry, it means that you are actually stronger than your sister. By the way, can I know what is the main factor that can make you got angry with your sister?
