Course Title: Logical Thinking & Writing

Course Summary:
This course will introduce basic concepts of English essay writing and give participants the skills needed to succeed in the English essay-writing test. The course will cover different types of essays, while generally following a process writing approach. Participants will write and revise ve essays, and give feedback on the writing of class colleagues. All essays will receive feedback from the instructor.

Attendance and participation 20% 5 essays at 16 points each 80%

Manner of Lecturing:
Presentation, Pair Work, In-class writing, On-line writing. One of the essays will be written as an piece of on-line collaborative writing. You will be given a partner and write your essays together on an on-line wiki on the e-frame.com Moodle site.
