regarding
the
matter
of
candidate
Barack
Hussein
Obama
and
the
necessity
of
an
immediate
full
scale
criminal
investigation
into
said
candidate’s
identity
and
Constitutional
eligibility
for
office.
Enclosed
with
this
letter
is
a
CD
containing
Court
Transcripts,
Exhibits,
FOIA
information
and
Arizona
Sheriff
Joe
Arpaio’s
Findings
relative
to
his
six
month
long,
Cold
Case
Posse
investigation
into
candidate
Barack
Hussein
Obama’s
long
form
Birth
Certificate
and
Selective
Service
Registration
Card.
This
data
is
indicia
of
a
crime
or
crimes,
i.e.,
forged
Birth
Certificate
and
Selective
Service
Registration
Card.
Sheriff
Arpaio,
through
his
Cold
Case
Posse,
has
indicated
that
there
exists
probable
cause
to
believe
these
documents
are
forgeries;
meaning
the
very
identity
of
candidate
Barack
Hussein
Obama
is
unknown
and
a
usurper
resides
in
the
White
House.
Your
office,
as
the
chief
legal
and
law
enforcement
officer
of
the
Commonwealth,
provides
for
the
following
fundamental
duties
and/or
responsibilities,
that
is,
to
be
the
chief
law
enforcement
officer
charged
with
responsibility
for
the
prosecution
of
public
corruption.
Recently,
in
this
Commonwealth,
several
public
officials
have
been
found
guilty
of
public
corruption,
for
forging
documents
and
other
election
violations.
We
are
asking
that
your
office,
through
its
criminal
investigation
unit,
obtain
the
original
reports,
documents,
exhibits,
computer
imaging
analysis
and
all
other
evidence
necessary
for
authentication
from
Sheriff
Arpaio
to
prove
whether
Barack
Hussein
Obama’s
documents
are
genuine
or
forgeries.
Moreover,
by
obtaining
evidence
from
my
case,
as
well
as,
the
attorneys
involved
in
the
various
state
Ballot
Challenges,
including
Mario
Apuzzo,
of
New
Jersey,
you
can
prove
that
candidate
Barack
Hussein
Obama
is
committing
election
fraud,
as
he
is
not
an
Article
2,
Section
1,
‘natural
born
Citizen’
and,
therefore,
Constitutionally
ineligible
to
appear
on
the
ballot.
The

Ballot
Challenge
information
which
proves
candidate
Obama
is
not
a
“natural
born
Citizen’,

the

be
appropriate,
for
forgery
and/or
fraud,
The
Pennsylvania
Secretary
of
State
provides
that
to
be
eligible
for
the
Office
of
President,
the
candidate
must
be
an
Article
2,
Section
1,
“natural
born
Citizen”,
in
accordance
with
the
U.S.
Constitution.
Barack
Hussein
Obama
is
not
a
‘natural
born
Citizen’
of
the
United
States,
as
defined
by
the
Supreme
Court
in
Minor
vs.
Happersett
(88
U.S.
162,
1875),
as
one
of
his
parents
was
an
alien,
a
Kenyan
citizen,
at
the
time
of
his
birth.
Therefore,
candidate
Obama
fails
to
meet
this
constitutional
requirement
and
is
perpetrating
a
fraud
on
the
American
people,
as
he
was
not
born
of
American
citizen
parents
in
the
United
States.

Certificate
posted

his

Registration

His
investigation
has
concluded
that
he
has
probable
cause
to
believe
that
both
documents
are
forgeries.
With
a
forged
Birth
Certificate,
we
do
not
know
the
identity
of
candidate
Obama
which
must
first
be
determined
before
we
can
ascertain
whether
he
is
a
‘natural
born
Citizen’.
