ENGROSSED HOUSEJOINTRESOLUTION NO. 1098By:Banz of the HouseandAldridge of the SenateA Joint Resolution approving permanent rules of theOklahoma Accountancy Board; and directingdistribution.WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the OklahomaStatutes, any rule which establishes or increases fees or any ruleby an agency, board, or commission created by or that receives itsauthority from Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall requireapproval by the Legislature by joint resolution. If the Legislaturefails to approve the rule on or before the last day of thelegislative session, the rule shall be deemed disapproved; andWHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 6 of subsection B of Section 15.5of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma Accountancy Boardshall adopt the rules and regulations for the implementation of theprovisions of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act; and
