How to Make a Simple Google Chart

Login to Google Docs and create a new spreadsheet2.
 
Name the spreadsheet. Label the first column ‘Answer’ and the second one ‘Number.’ Enter the
Answer and the number of responses to each answer. If the answers are longish, then thestudent s should try and abbreviate them to as few words as possible. Click on the filename andgive the spreadsheet a unique name. You do not need to enter any formula or total anything.

Go back to the Google Docs menu
and select ‘Create a Table’

When prompted Choose to create a table from Google Docs Spreadsheet. Select thespreadsheet you just created.5.
 
Check and make sure the column names are in row 1 and both rows are checked off (this shouldbe the default). Click next. An
d then on the next screen click ‘finish.’
 
 6. You should now be in the Fusion Table. To publish it, you need to change the share status. Click on
‘Share’ in the upper right corner, then select either ‘Public’ or ‘unlisted’. Close the dialog box
