Nonsense. The Memorandum is supported throughout with cogent applicatio of Case Law and direct citation to the material inconsistencies of the Ayotte Official Report. I've written major portions of a successful Ohio Supreme Court Appeal in State v. Lessin, when I clerked for Terry Gilbert, so some courts do indeed understand what I write. Look it up. We'll see what you have to say after you listen to the oral argument.
