Drop Policy
Students may withdraw from courses during the first seven (7) days from the start of class without a penalty for tuition After the first seven (7) days, No Refunds will be allowed

CCC no longer has an 80% Refund policy

Students are expected to pay when enrolling

Reinstatement

If a student desires to be reinstated from NSW, NS1, ADW, WHT, they must submit written approval from the professor.
Reinstatement

forms can be secured from the Registrar's Office. The professor must secure appropriate signatures and return the form to the Registrar's Office.

Repeatable Courses
Select college courses are repeatable If a student repeats a repeatable course and receives a better grade, the student may request to have the improved grade calculated in their GPA Non-repeatable courses can be retaken once without approval All attempts of non-repeatable courses are calculated in a students GPA
