STATE OF OKLAHOMA2nd Session of the 53rd Legislature (2012)HOUSE JOINTRESOLUTION 1119 By: ArmesAS INTRODUCEDA Joint Resolution approving permanent rule of theCorporation Commission; and directing distribution.WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the OklahomaStatutes, any rule which establishes or increases fees or any ruleby an agency, board, or commission created by or that receives itsauthority from Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall requireapproval by the Legislature by joint resolution. If the Legislaturefails to approve the rule on or before the last day of thelegislative session, the rule shall be deemed disapproved; andWHEREAS, the Corporation Commission cites the followingauthority for the rules adopted on March 16, 2012: Sections 52, 152,166.1 and subsection A of Section 166.1a of Title 17 of the OklahomaStatutes, Section 1-3-101 of Title 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes,Sections 177.2, 230.24, 230.34a, 1124 and 1124.2 of Title 47 of theOklahoma Statutes, paragraph 3 of Section 24A.5 of Title 51 of the
