Based on the results from the six people I asked the average scoring for this question was 3 out of 5. This shows how the majority of people asked felt the digipak, advertisement and music video was fairly effective at promoting Noels band. However it also allows myself to see that if given the chance to re-do them I would need to link them together so that the target audience can clearly see the work is from Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds.

2. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it to tell that each platform is linked to the same artist/band?

Three of the six people I asked this question believed it were easy to recognize that each platform was for the same artist, so they gave a score of 5/5. After asking why they gave such positive scores they seemed to feel that using the same location for each piece of work was the main factor, as well as using the same colour gradients for the digipak and advertisement. Although the results may be slightly biased as the opinions are from people I know, I am relatively pleased with the feedback as there were no scores below 3 which show as a whole the music video, digipak and advertisement can easily be linked together and therefore hopefully help promote the band.

These results are also very positive, the majority score was 4/5 with 5/5 only just behind by one vote. The group and I wanted to create a narrative of the range of life evident in London. We achieved this by using Point of View shots to capture different types of people within the various streets of London; we also chose London as it is an iconic location for Alt Rock music videos such as Coldplay Paradise. The varied locations used were therefore effective at creating the narrative we wanted to portray in the video, as the people asked all gave a positive scoring as all were above 2.5/5.
