ver the last several months,your resort Maintenance andQuality Assurance staff has beenfocused on refurbishing units.We are pleased to report ontheir progress to date.As of this print, all units havebeen painted in Buildings 300 &400. (Units in Buildings 100 &200 were previously painted inthe Spring 2011.) Smallwares(coffee makers, toasters,utensils, etc.) have beenreplaced in all units. Similarly,flat screen televisions will beinstalled in Buildings 100 & 200beginning at the end of March.A second television will beinstalled in the second bedroomof each two-bedroom unit.Other completed projectsinclude the Clubhouse BusinessCenter, upgrades to the FitnessCenter, improvements to theClubhouse lobby and arenovated game room.

n October 2011, the management and staff of your resort adopted a new motto. Focused onexcellent customer service, the mottodescribes a commitment to providing genuinehospitality while being flexible and reliable inproviding customer service.Interval International, Inc., your affiliatedexchange company, provides management a
summarized report that reflects both owners’and exchange guests’ overall vacation
experiences while at the resort. The 4th
quarter report for 2011 proved that the staff’s
implementation of the motto has thus far beensuccessful.Your resort scored 92% for an overall vacationownership product. For example, guests ratedour services at 95%. This was a significantincrease from the previous quarter.Housekeeping services was the largestimprovement contributing to this rating; a22% increase from the third quarter of 2011.In miscellaneous items, the resort commonareas reflected an increase of 3%. Similarly,units and activities both reflected increases.
Note: Recent improvements such as the ClubhouseBusiness Center, upgraded fitness center and gameroom were not yet available to guests for the purposesof this report.

he annual Relay For Life internationalevent is about saving lives. Drawing morethan 3.5 million people from around theUnited States, funds are raised for thoseaffected by cancer.
“I’m Going to Love You Through It” will be
the team name for the staff of ColonialCrossings. So far, the staff has raised morethan $1,000. The event, held locally at Jamestown High School, will take place May4, 2012. The 12-hour walk is highlighted by
the “Survivor’s Lap.”
