INTRODUCTIONWaterisavitalresourceforhumansurvivalandsustainabledevelopment.Oneindexofacountry'slevelofdevelopmentisthepercentageofitspopulationthathasaccess
to
all
thesafedrinkingwatertheyneedtolivehealthylives.Areliableandadequatesourceofcleandrinkingwater
is
consideredabasichumanright,andis'oneofthehighestprioritiesofanycountry.Developinganddevelopedcountriessharesimilarconcernsinensuringthattheircitizensincitiesandruralareasenjoysafecleandrinkingwater.Thegroupwilllookatsocialimpactsrelatedtotheconsumptionandmanagementofwateratthelocallevelconsideringtheenvironmentalimpactsofwateronhealth,consumptionpatternsandissuesofaccessandsocialparticipationinthedevelopmentofproposalsandtheirapplicationtonewpolicies.

addition,theconcernforsustainablemanagementofwaterresourcesworld-wideiswellfounded.Watershortagescaused
by
pollutionofwaterresourcesareincreasing.ThiseffectivelyreducestheavailabilityofwaIertomeetdomestic,industrialandagriculturalneeds.Also,wateravailabilitytootherresourceusersis

WATERALLOCATIONTheSituationThedistributionofwater.haschangedgeographicallybecauseofgeologicalandclimaticchanges.Thisdevelopinentthroughclimatechangeandglobalwarmingwinpresumablyaffectthegeographicalaccesstowater.Climatechangewillcauseglacierstomeltresuftingincoastalandinternalfloodingandariseinsealevel.Scientistsagreethatthissituationwillimpactonagriculturalproductivityandsocialbehaviour.Waterscarcitywillbecomeamajorissue.
In
ordertosecuretherightsoffuturegenerations-accordingtothedefinitionofsustainabledevelopmentinthereport"OurCommonFuture"fromtheBrundtlandCommission.bestpracticeswillbetoco-operateonsupplytothepopulationsthroughouttheworld.Implementationofprojectswithoutproperenvironmentalimpactassessmentssuchasalteringthecourseofariverwithoutconsideringimpactsdownstreamorbuildingdamstocontroltheflowofwatermayhaveadverseeconomicandsocialimpactscausinginternalandintemation'aldisplacement.-Themainideawemustconsideristhehumanrighttofood.health.peaceandlife:toguaranteeeffectiveprovisionofpotablewater.waterforirrigation.health,generalfarmproduction.Ifalloftheabovementionedfactorsareconsidered.apreciseandappropriatepolicycanbeimplementedonwaterallocation.
