does not harm the environment or deplete the earth’s natural resources.”

B. Violation

The AFF plan supports an idea that destroys the environment.

C. Standards

1. Field Contextuality – Our def. comes from the American society of


Mechanical Engineers, They have experience in the Field therefore we
believe that there def. is the best

2. Bright Line – We provide the best def. for what topical and what’s not.

3. Ground – Our def. provides a lot of ground for the aff. and what is neg.

D. Voters

1. Aprori – Topicality must be evaluated first in the round

2. Rules of the game – The rules of debate are that you must prove yourself
topical. If the Aff. Team is not able to prove themselves topical, the judge
must vote them down.
