It is an upsetting emotion which is often caused by stress or fromother symptoms such as paxil withdrawal and insomnia. However, this somewhat fleetingemotion may turn into a serious disorder. It may produce adverse effects such as disruption toordinary emotion daily routine, inability to function well at the workplace and interfere inhealthy relationships.Anxiety symptoms may manifest such as constant worry, exhaustion, irritability, sleepingtrouble, sweating, racing heartbeat, muscle tension and pains, shaking, dizziness, indigestion andheavy breathing, media reports say, quoting research. BBC News says that anxiety may becaused by genes, circumstances, drugs and life experiences. An anxiety may develop into aclinical disorder or depression if the person deals with the emotion in extreme proportions andfor a prolonged period.
These are some examples of anxiety disorders:
1.Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It is a persistent condition which communicates worriesover non-specific events, objects or situations. Most experts find that the fears of GADpatients are often unrealistic and blown out of proportion in a given situation. Most GADpatients expect extreme negativity out of a certain happenstance expecting disaster. Thiskind of anxiety crisis may hinder the patient from acting out normally among a group ofpeople.2.Panic Disorder. This disorder is characterized by sudden fright or extreme terror, bodilyshaking, confusion, dizziness, nausea and difficulty breathing. Panic is definite upon theoccurrence of an unfortunate and unexpected situation but it nevertheless subsides withina few moments. When these panic attacks go for hours, however, it may be an indicationthat the anxiety has now developed into a disorder. Panic disorder patients may showdrastic behavioral changes.3.Social Anxiety Disorder. This form of anxiety often reflects to the actions of a patientexpressing social phobia due to his or her fear of being judged by others, publicembarrassment or social humiliation.
