TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I authorized Simon Roy Cadelia to reprocess my cross registration permit to UP Diliman. I cannot process the permit personally because I have classes from Monday to Friday.

I need to get another permit due to the request of UPD-OUR to secure a verification that the College Secretary permitted me to change the subjects in my cross registration permit in order to enroll Comm 3 and Geog 1, instead of Chem 40 and Philo 1, in UP Diliman.
