GET FAMILIAR WITH BODYLASTICSAND COMMON EXERCISE TERMS
Beore you get started take a ew minutes to look at pages 3-6 inthe User Manual. On those pages you will nd instructions on howto use the Bodylastics system and explanations o exercise terms.

IDENTIFY YOUR FITNESS GOAL
Most people all into 2 categories. They are either looking to addmuscle or they are looking to lose weight and tone up. I youare looking to add muscle, locate and ollow the BodybuildingProgram on pages 21-22 o this User Manual. I you are lookingto lose weight/tone up, simply ollow the Circuit TrainingWorkout on pages 18-19 o this User Manual or play the DVD orvideo (i ordered).
