Electronic display rupture strength test machine instructions Uses: This system is designed for testing the rupture

strength of paper, corrugated, textile, leather and other materials. Functions: Electronic displays (counterclockwise from top left): Main display window Sub display window Status indicator Output indicator Zero / teach key Shift key On key Set key Escape key Function: Main display: shows the current input signal value, set the mode shown in the given project (?). Sub display window: Displays the input signal PEAK value (parameter setting display positive or negative) or four more settings display one. Indicators: HOLD: When the external input control is used to maintain the primary measurement, this indicator flashes. PEAK: When the sub-display window displays the PEAK values, this indicator flashes. ZERO: When the force moves from zero, this light is turned on. TEACH: While setting the input ratio, this indicator turns and starts to give instructions, and this indicator flashes. Keys: ESC: Switches the setting page, sets to cancel or cuts back to the main screen. SET: Enters the setting parameters or determines the setting. : Changes the value. Continuously holding for

one second switches the sub-display window settings or PEAK values. : Changes the current set of digits or directly changes the options. ZO / TH: Holding for one second forces or sets the value zero when the function is enabled to teach. + ZO / TH: Holding for one second forces to zero/the cancellation (?). + : Holding down for one second clears PEAK records (must be switched on only when PEAK is displayed).

Control panel: POWER: the power switch. RESET: Clears test (the sub-display window) to retain the maximum value of zero. Pressure converter: 100 kg/cm2. Detecting the surface of the sample load: Surface pressure for detecting the sheet surface: 35 kg/cm2. Loading the fixed screw: Do this to set the values of the surface load. Otherwise, trials might lead to inaccurate results because of loose pressure. Test speed: 170 ml / min. Hydraulic oil: use of industrial glycerol, 85% purity. (Note 1) Installation: Place the unit on a flat table. Avoid shaking and vibration. Power: AC1 / 220V 60HZ, can plug the socket directly. Instructions: Test methods: First, push back the shift lever. Turn on the power switch. Shift lever will automatically return to neutral position. (Note 2) If the display does not return to 0:00, use the ZO / TH key to force it to zero.

Remove the test, fix on the upper and lower pressure between the compression plate, (cardboard surface pressure 10 kg / cm2, corrugated surface pressure 7 kg / cm2). Then, using the pressure cylinder, set the screw. Set it on the hole of the hydraulic cylinder. Press the control panel RESET key to clear the display (the sub-display window), retaining the maximum value. Pull the gear lever forward into forward gear, test start. After the test rupture, immediately push back the shift lever to reverse speeds (Note 4), a recordbreaking strength (?). After the test, wait for the shift lever to automatically move back to position before turning off the power. (Note 5)

How to replace the rubber film: With the surface pressure hydraulic cylinder affixed with the screw and set on the hydraulic cylinder, press the upper pressure plate onto the lower pressure plate. Use a special wrench to release the pressure plate cover with a counterclockwise movement. As the pressure plate is released, hoist it to the highest position. Remove the cover plate under the pressure, remove the rubber under the pressure plate and the original film, wipe around the tank to make it clean. Start the motor, push the lever back, allowing the oil to move back to the lowest area. Inject glycerol through the cylinder port so that the oil becomes level with the cylinder port. Place the new rubber film on the convex cylinder, pushing up the mouth. This is so that no air under the rubber film exists (Note 6). Clean the cylinder port again by wiping (Note 7). The lower pressure plate and its cover should also be set and affixed accordingly. Once set, first, tighten the seal on the lower pressure plates cover. Then use the special wrench to tighten

in a clockwise direction. This is to avoid oil spills. (Note 8) Prepare the oil cup button by opening it. Press on the rubber film, letting the inside air to run out. Then tighten the oil cup button again. Precautions and Maintenance: Hydraulic oil mining industry glycerol, 85% purity, must not use oil, or rubber film will degenerate and lose elasticity. Push the shift lever before turning on the power avoids accidentally putting the shift lever into forward gear without knowing it, as this can cause the rubber film to tear or rupture. When the test trials rupture, immediately push back the shift lever. Otherwise the rubber film will break easily. After use, be sure to wait until the lever automatically goes back to neutral before shutting it down. Otherwise, the elastic rubber film will be more prone to breakage. When using the hydraulic cylinder/port and oil, avoid the presence of air so as not to affect the test's accuracy. When replacing the rubber film, wipe the cylinder port/mouth clean so that the surface oil on the cylinder port will not prevent the lower pressure plates cover from tightening (?). The lower plate cover must be locked, otherwise there will be a leak from the bottom of the rubber film. On the pressure plate slider and surface pressure cylinder fixed screw, please always keep the machine lubricated. Because of and condensation in the pipe attached and oxidation that can cause the parts to blacken, it is advisable to regularly replace the glycerol to avoid oil blockage. After the test, keep the machine clean in order to increase service life. Heating package with instructions 1 Determine that the power supply voltage is 110 V or 220 V. 2 Do not allow water or solution to enter the bag. Because of the white smoke, the surface of the cloth can turn black. After about 20-30 minutes of the evaporation, the surface reverts to white.
