The mobile learning is easy to access because learners can access any where, any timeand any pace. They also can easy connect to the network with out connection cables. It isprovide wireless connection. It is fixable for everyone in this world to access only usingtheir mobile phone. 
Costs:
The mobile learning expensive compared other DE technology. One of the biggestdisadvantages and drawbacks for using a mobile wireless e-learning solution is cost.Recommending m-learning or wireless learning means investing in devices for eachlearner, paying for wireless service, budgeting for maintenance repair and upgrades, andsupport from an IT group to answer users’ questions and resolve technical problems. Ittakes a compelling business case to implement this kind of technology for learning.
Teaching and Learning:
This type of technology is appropriate for distance learning-E-leaning. the besttechnologies for supporting teaching and learning in this environment are mobile phonesor PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) or Smart phones or Games consoles. Also, it needsDocking’ (connect to wired network), 3G/GPRS (phone networks) or Wireless. M-learningallows users to have access to the resources in different formats (voice, text, picture andvideo). Also it allows the reuse of material and allows users to carry out the functionsdefined as an education component. It offers flexible environment in which other servicesand components can be added.Students have access to test and assignment results, and may obtain lecture notes andsample spreadsheets electronically, allowing for more focused in-class learning. Also,Students use e-mail, Web sites, online discussion groups and other chat forums tocollaborate with peers, faculty and experts in their area of study.M-learning develop reading, writing, listening skills. Also it support communication skills
Interactivity and User-friendliness
The mobile learning provide student to student, student to teacher, student to content,student to machine interaction. It is easy to use because learners can access any whereand any time.
Organizational Issues:
 the organizational requirements to provide stability and support are financial support,technical support and maintenance .the barriers to using this technology successfullywithin the institution are Small screens limit the amount and type of information that can bedisplayed, There are limited storage capacities for mobiles and PDAs, Batteries have to becharged regularly, and data can be lost if this is not done correctly. They can be much lessrobust than desktops. Some mobile phone users do not have any internet connection,Speed of network, download and/or upload speeds. Also, staff acceptance and use of newcommunication methods and Workplace location access constraints.
